Property Damage Can Often Result from Electrical Failure
Property damage resulting from electrical breakdowns and failures
can be severe. In fact, electrical equipment failure and breakdown are
the leading causes of
fires. Take a look at some examples of how electrical breakdown was
the cause of some significant losses:

The severity potential is real. Electrical problems can generate
severe heat resulting in fire. And, because electrical systems are
extensive and expensive, a seemingly minor problem can have major
ramifications – physical damage and expense. That’s because losses
are more than the system itself – there’s other equipment and
business interruption to take into account.
